Volleyball Adds Talented Multi-Sport Athlete Alison Botters for Fall 2025

TORRINGTON, Wyo. – Eastern Wyoming College (EWC) Volleyball announces the addition of Alison Botters, a versatile and accomplished athlete who will join the Lady Lancers for the Fall 2025 season. Botters, a dedicated competitor with a strong academic background, brings a wealth of experience from both volleyball and basketball to EWC's program.

Botters, a four-year varsity volleyball player, has demonstrated outstanding leadership as a co-captain while earning an All-Conference Award. She has been recognized as a Prep Dig Top Performer and a standout athlete in the Badger Power League Select Team. In addition to her athletic excellence, Botters is highly involved in leadership and community service, serving as a Key Club Board Member, an FCCLA participant, and a 4-H Youth Leader, with multiple awards from the county and state fairs.

"Her leadership qualities, work ethic, and dedication to both athletics and academics make her an ideal addition to our program. Her versatility and strong presence on the court will be a tremendous asset to our team."

 Botters plans to major in Biology with a focus on Pre-Veterinary Medicine at EWC, inspired by the college's excellent academic programs and welcoming community.
