The Lancer rodeo team competed in Laramie, WY, April 23-25 for the annual rodeo hosted by the University of Wyoming.
Sophomore Shay Hough, Gillette, WY, placed 4th in the short round of the barrel racing with a time of 15.70 seconds.
Teammate Karissa Phillips from Rock Springs, WY, qualified for the short round of the goat tying.
Cameron Jensen, sophomore, Bingham, NE, continues to battle for a College National Finals Rodeo qualification. Jensen qualified for the short round in the tie down roping with a time of 10.6.
The Lancers will conclude their spring season April 30-May 2 at a rodeo hosted by Colorado State University that will be held in Greeley, CO
