The Eastern Wyoming College men's basketball team fell 73-58 to Sheridan College despite a season-high 29 points from sophomore Jonatan Arvidsson.
The 6'1" guard from Sweden was 10-for-18 from the field and 9-of-11 from the free-throw line while also leading the Lancers with eight rebounds.
EWC trailed 32-27 at the half but pulled ahead midway through the second period thanks to timely baskets from sophomore Jerermi Jiba (10 points) and Sam Tiley (nine).
Sophomore Earl Baker Jr. finished with six points, five rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block.
Tiley added five boards and three steals.
The Lancers host Northwest College at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
